The Connection is the backend software and service that supports DVD rental kiosks. This service gives the first time operator sufficient expertise and guidance to run the kiosks effectively. Whether you own one kiosk or 100 kiosks, Connection is capable of meeting your needs.

As you get familiar with the operation of your machine through Connection, you can tailor the stocking and pricing strategies to your needs. Connection provides many standard reports and charts for an instant snapshot of your machine performance. You will instantly find out your best and worst renting titles or the busiest and slowest renting days.

What else can you do with Connection?

Control and manage your machine(s) in the comfort of your office. You have direct control of your DVD Rental Machine through Connection. Logon to Connection through the internet to check machine(s) status, get transactions reports, and set rental prices, mark discs for sale. You can also see real-time transaction activity.
Connection routes the credit card information to your merchant processing gateway account. The entire process is transparent to you.

What else do you NOT have to do with Connection?

You never have to do physical inventory. Inventory is always up to date.
You never have to enter titles into the computer. You entire the bar code number when loading the DVD and the title is married to the electronic tag automatically.
Transfer out titles or removed old inventory. Connection allows you the set sale price of the DVDs to sell off previously viewed title.
